the process at a glance

Discovery Call – Free | 30 minutes

A short call to make sure we are a good fit. You tell me what is going on, I tell you whether the MenoMorphosis Method is the right approach for you.

Initial Consultation – £365 | 90 minutes

Before we meet, I map your story – symptoms, history, labs, patterns. In the consultation we go through what I have found, identify which shift is driving your symptoms, and you leave with a personalised plan delivered through the client portal: nutritional, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations specific to your biology.

Follow-up Consultations – £165 | 45 minutes

Every four weeks we review what is working, refine what isn’t, and adjust the plan as your body changes. Most women complete the core arc in 3 months.

Join the dots between your biology and your symptoms

Over the last decade I have developed a clinical framework for resolving perimenopause and menopause symptoms by finding what is actually driving them — not managing what they feel like. I call it the MenoMorphosis Method. It is a four-stage protocol I work through with each woman, one at a time.

Every woman enters menopause with a different history. The reasons her body is struggling are unique to her – her metabolism, her gut, her stress load, her nutrient status, her past hormonal life. Generic menopause advice cannot account for that. The Method is how I work through it, one woman at a time.

Each stage maps to a real moment in our work together – what happens before we meet, what happens in your first consultation, the plan you leave with, and the follow-ups that refine it.

M — Map. E — Evaluate. N — Nourish. O — Optimise.

What follows is your Morphosis.

The Discovery Call

30 Minutes | Free | phone Call

You decide if my approach is right for you.

In 30 minutes, you tell me what is going on – your symptoms, your history, what you have already tried, where things have stalled.

I will give go through an initial clinical read: which of the three shifts your body is struggling with most, and whether my approach is the right next step for you.

You will leave with more clarity than you arrived with, whether or not we go further.

MAP

I find the pattern beneath your symptoms

Completed before your first consultation | Included in your fees

Completed by me in the three days before your first consultation

Once you book your first consultation, the Method begins.

You complete three things and send them to me: a 3-day food and lifestyle diary, a detailed menopause history assessment, and a symptom mapping questionnaire. From there, the clinical work is mine.

I cross-reference your symptoms against your history, your nutrition, your sleep, your stress, and any previous blood work you have. This is where the pattern begins to surface – what your symptoms have in common, how they connect, and which of the three shifts your body is most struggling with.

By the time you sit down for your first consultation, I already have a working hypothesis of what is driving your symptoms.

Evaluate

First consultation and personalised plan

90 Minutes | £365 | Video Call

This is where we move from symptoms to causes, and where you leave with a clear plan.

Together we work out which of the three shifts is under the most strain — the energy shift, the oestrogen shift, or the emotional shift. We look at what is interfering with your body’s ability to make that shift: nutrition, sleep, stress, gut function, blood sugar, nutrient status.

Where it adds clinical clarity, I order standard blood panels and, where indicated, advanced functional tests.

Standard blood panels may include: sex hormones, thyroid function and antibodies, iron, vitamin B12 and vitamin D, blood sugar regulation, cholesterol, and full blood count.

Advanced functional tests, where indicated, may include: the DUTCH test for hormone metabolism, organic acids for mitochondrial function, gut and vaginal microbiome mapping, or adrenal function testing.

Testing is recommended only where it is likely to add useful clarity. Lab fees (typically £150–£400) are paid directly to the laboratory and are not included in consultation prices.

You leave the consultation with your personalised plan – a clear written protocol detailing the specific nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle changes your body needs to move forward – organised around the Three Pillars of clinical work we will then move through together in Nourish.

Nourish

Start seeing results within 4 weeks

4 to 12 weeks | Client portal access and brief check-ins included

Most women begin to notice meaningful change within the first four weeks of following their plan.

Your plan is built around the shift your body is most struggling with and the specific things blocking it. Every plan is personalised, but it draws from three core pillars of clinical work. We decide together which pillars to focus on first, and how intensively.

Nutrition

We use food as a clinical tool to calm inflammation, stabilise energy, and support your changing metabolism. This may include:

  • Stabilising blood sugar to reduce crashes, cravings, and mood swings
  • Anti-inflammatory eating to ease joint pain, weight gain, and brain fog
  • Balancing protein, fats, and carbohydrates for the metabolic demands of this stage of life
  • Repleting nutrients where testing shows low vitamin or mineral status
  • Identifying and removing common food triggers driving bloating, headaches, skin issues, or low mood

Gut and detoxification

Your gut and liver play a central role in how you metabolise hormones, manage inflammation, and produce energy. Where needed, we will:

  • Support Phase 1 and Phase 2 liver detoxification pathways through targeted nutrition
  • Use a structured gut-healing protocol to improve digestion and reduce bloating
  • Restore and diversify the gut and vaginal microbiome to support immunity, hormone recycling, and urogenital health
  • Repair intestinal barrier integrity to reduce systemic inflammation

Hormones, stress, and sleep

Menopause is as much about stress biology and circadian rhythm as it is about ovaries. Together we will:

  • Support the HPA axis and adrenal recovery to optimise DHEA, cortisol, testosterone, oestrogen, and melatonin
  • Build practical stress-management tools you can weave into daily life
  • Develop nervous system regulation practices to shift you out of constant fight or flight
  • Improve sleep hygiene and circadian rhythm so your body can repair, regulate appetite, and stabilise mood overnight

Optimise

Follow-up consultations:
As you start improving, we move into refinement

45 Minutes | £165 | Video Call

We optimise, refine, and I will teach you to read your own body’s signals, so when our work together ends, you can hold your health in your hands.

These sessions are where we review what is working, interpret any test results that have come back, and adjust your plan based on how your body is actually responding. Before each follow-up, I may send you a short assessment so we can track symptoms and notice patterns over time.

Between sessions, you can reach me through the clinical portal for brief check-ins, which are included. Analysis of standard blood tests is included in follow-ups. Interpretation of specialised functional tests is charged separately.

Morphosis

Your story, rewritten

The version of you on the other side of symptoms

The first four stages do the clinical work, so that you can step into your Morphosis.

Most approaches stop at symptom relief. But the MenoMorphosis Method is about the Morphosis – your personal transformation that becomes possible when your biological “emergency” ends.

When your energy is restored, you arrive at a version of yourself that is clearer, steadier, and more “solidly yourself” than you have been in decades. When the symptoms stop – when fuel switches cleanly, when local hormone production is restored, when the nervous system stops sounding the alarm – what emerges is not the woman you were before menopause. It is a clearer, steadier version of who you actually are.

This is the outcome the Method is built for.

When menopause isn’t the only thing going on

Specialist care for complex menopause histories

The MenoMorphosis Method is a universal framework, but it is particularly effective for women whose health history makes menopause more volatile. I have a deep clinical background in supporting these cases.

I regularly work with women navigating menopause alongside:

  • Hashimoto’s and other autoimmune conditions:
where thyroid, adrenal, and ovarian function must be balanced as one system.
  • PCOS:
where insulin load and metabolic patterns set in years earlier make the transition harder.
  • Endometriosis and adenomyosis:
where the shift to local hormone production needs to be managed precisely, and tissue that produces its own oestrogen needs to be quietened.
  • PMDD:
where the brain is unusually sensitive to hormonal change and needs deep nervous system support.

Making sure we’re a match

Is This the Right Fit for You?

My work is clinical, investigative, and rigorous. I only work with women who are ready for that level of investigation.

This is likely a good fit if you:

  • Want to understand the causes of your menopause symptoms, not just suppress them.
  • Are struggling despite being on HRT.
  • Are looking for a non-hormonal approach, or for support alongside hormonal treatment.
  • Want to come off HRT safely. I work alongside your prescribing doctor where appropriate.
  • Have a complex history such as PCOS, endometriosis, PMDD, or Hashimoto’s.
  • Are ready to invest in real resolution rather than a quick fix.
  • Are willing to be an active participant in observing your own biological patterns.

This is likely not the right fit if you:

  • Are not ready to adjust your nutrition, which is the primary tool of this work.
  • Are looking for an HRT prescription. I am a functional medicine practitioner, not a prescribing doctor.
  • Want a quick fix or a single supplement.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Your symptom pattern, history, and labs tell me which shift is dominant – the energy shift, the oestrogen shift, or the emotional shift. Most women have a combination. The Map stage is where I work out which is driving the others, so the plan targets the root, not the surface.

There is a real gap in the UK menopause landscape. The functional medicine doctors who specialise in menopause are all GPs who prescribe HRT alongside their functional protocols. The non-prescribing menopause specialists – nutritionists, dietitians, nutritional therapists – are not functional medicine practitioners. As far as I am aware, I am the only practitioner in the UK who is trained as a functional medicine practitioner, who works exclusively in menopause, and who works non-hormonally. The MenoMorphosis Method is the clinical framework I have developed over a decade of focused, non-prescribing work in this space.

Generic menopause nutrition is written for the average woman. Your plan is written for your biology – your shifts, your labs, your history, your constraints. The principles may overlap with what you have read, but the sequencing, the emphasis, and the detail are specific to you.

Supplements are matched to what your data shows you actually need – nutrient gaps, metabolic markers, gut findings, inflammatory signals. The aim is the smallest effective protocol, reviewed and adjusted as your body changes. The supplements I recommend are professional- grade and are usually sourced from professional online dispensaries.

A detailed written plan delivered through the client portal, covering nutritional, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations specific to your shift and your data. It is structured around the Three Pillars – Nutrition, Gut and detoxification, and Hormones-stress-sleep – sequenced so you know what to do first, what to add later, and what to expect at each stage.

You work with your plan, and track what changes – sleep, energy, symptoms, cycle if you still have one. I am available through the client portal for questions that come up between sessions. Follow-up – optimise -consultations are where we review what is working, refine what isn’t, and decide what to adjust.

Most women complete the core arc within 3 months – the initla Evaluate consultation, then 2-3 Optimise sessions spaced four weeks apart. Some women stay longer for more complex histories or because they want continued refinement. We work together until you achieve your goals.

We change it. Optimise consultations exist for exactly this – to look at what your body is doing in response to the plan and adjust. If something is not landing, that is information, not failure. The plan is iterative by design.

Yes, if that is what you want. Coming off HRT safely means preparing your biology for the transition first – supporting intracrine oestrogen production, metabolic resilience, and adrenal capacity – then tapering with your prescriber in a sequence your body can hold. I do not pressure women off HRT. I support the women who have decided they want to come off.

All consultations are online, by video, so you can work with me from anywhere in the UK or internationally. Booking is via my online calendar — Tuesdays to Fridays, 8-10am BST.
